About BLOout - A Dry Bar

BLOout - A Dry Bar is a great place to hang out with family or for a date night. The food is super good, with really good and delicious pizza, described as an upgraded Mod Pizza experience. The service is awesome and speedy, with a fair ambiance and awesome music. Some note the Tuesday prices are a good deal, especially for thin pizza. However, experiences can vary, with some noting issues with drink service and carbonation. Many would definitely go again, hoping for a different experience next time.

I'm a Winter Texan from Chicagoland. So Pizza is in the eye of the beholder, I've been to Brick Fire twice 2021 and now 2023. It was unique the first time, but now they have changed. Now it's just another pizzeria. And I think the quality has lapsed since it changed. Service and ambiance fair.

Ordered a michelada at the bar, glass was to the tee, did not have any room to pour my beer. Half of the soft drinks were carbonated, or out. The food was great, but it's hard to wash down with. I thing to drink with. We will come back, just hoping for a different experience.

My fiance and I love to try new places and we had heard about this restaurant a couple of times and we decided to try it, we went around 9 at night and were confused on where to go inside the restaurant seeing as where we ordered was far in the restaurant and no one greeted us so we had no clue where to go. Once we got closer the staff looked and just sounded really annoyed with us asking simple questions about our order and were a bit rude. Once we went into the bar side my fiance ordered some drinks but the bartender also just looked at him in a really rude way and just seemed to not really have good service. We received our food in a timely manner and it was actually really good and we enjoyed our time there and we were satisfied with the amount of food we received for what we paid. I would really recommend it to others but I just wish the staff would be a little more enthusiastic, only one employee at the register was sweet when I went back to buy a soft drink but other than that most of them seemed very annoyed. I completely understand if they might be tired or might be having a bad day but their customer service for the whole restaurant was just off. I would actually want to go back again someday but I hope the staff would behave differently.
