Great environment & experience. Thankful they are in Mineola & close to my home. Definitely will go back. If you are nervous or hesitant to try yoga, they will help you every step. Daniel was so nice to me & made me feel so welcomed. She also helped me modify as needed. Thank you.
Fantastic! The studio is so beautiful and the instructor tonight was amazing! I have multiple injuries and she was thoughtful throughout the practice. My hour of new bliss!!! Loved it! Also they have amazing equipment. More than I have ever seen in a studio! So grateful to have a studio in Mineola! Thanks so much for the first class!
Was out driving and stumbled upon this yoga studio and made up my mind to visit the next day. I am so glad I did. This studio is filled with light, love and compassion. The teachers are excellent, guiding you through poses and giving alternatives should you have an aching joint for that pose. Savasana is unlike any I have experienced. You leave totally relaxed. The other women are friendly and welcoming. So, if you are out and about, try this studio, you will be glad you did.
