If you need a doctor and it’s not on her schedule you are out of luck. I needed to get in two weeks ago because my blood pressure is extremely high. Couldn’t come in because a Covid patient was coming in from the hospital. Office closed for that. Called for an appointment this week. No can do. She’s closing for 3 days. Office can’t schedule an appointment but will try to call me later if something changes. No thanks

I am a nurse so it pains me to write this review. But Dr. Bankhead's office and Dr. Bankhead could really give two licks about their patients! It's frightening how little they care.My father tested positive for Covid and has multiple comormidities. We found a location for him to get monoclonal antibodies and all he needed was a a referral from his doctor. After multiple calls to the office they kept telling us we needed to wait. If you understand the situation you are aware that it is time dependent.Not only was the office staff rude but they kept putting us off. It evidently wasn't a priority for their office or the doctor. Well she's a very compassionate doctor. You get her undivided attention. She enjoys her patients and does her best to get you to the best help if you need a specialist. I alway enjoy the visit
