Excellent Dog Training Experience with Outstanding Results!! I couldn't be happier with the training my miniature schnauzer received from Jordon and the rest of the training team at Ward's. The transformation in my dog's behavior has been remarkable - she returned home with significantly improved self-control, mastery of numerous commands, and proper leash etiquette that has made our walks so much more enjoyable. What impressed me most was how much better she now responds to both my husband and me. She's noticeably calmer and far less reactive in situations that used to trigger her. Jordon took the time to thoroughly explain not just what to do, but also why each technique works, which has been invaluable for continuing her training at home. The care and attention my dog received was exceptional. She was genuinely excited to go back each week, which told me everything I needed to know about how well she was being treated. When she got sick one day during training, they kept me fully informed and ensured she received proper care - that level of communication and responsibility meant the world to me. The weekly update videos were a fantastic touch that made being apart from my dog so much easier. It was wonderful to see her progress and know she was in such capable, caring hands. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ward's to anyone seeking effective, compassionate dog training. The results speak for themselves, and the professionalism is top-notch.

My 7 month old dog Zoey (pyrenees/border collie) attended the 3 week board and train program. I really only had 1 goal, either she had to stop chewing on things when we werent around, or she needed to be crate trained. She's still a puppy so expecting her to behave all day unsupervised wasn't realistic. Ward's did an amazing job with Zoey, especially Jordan. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with her progress and answered any follow up questions I had. Jordan helped me to understand how Zoey thinks and why she reacts certain ways in different situations. They make it clear that you have to continue the training at home, and honestly they built such a good foundation, it is pretty easy to do. While Zoey is still not a fan of the crate, she is much more comfortable in it, and less resistant to go in. It's pretty amazing to see the progress from day-to-day if you stay consistent. She walks nicely on the leash, sits, lays down, and stays in place with an occasional correction. I'm absolutely satisfied with the training we received.

We are puppy parents for the 3rd time now, and this time we got two male puppies at the same time. We generally knew what we should be doing to train them, but we quickly recognized we bit off a little more than we could chew and we would need help with the extra challenges that come with training multiple puppies at the same time. We found Justin and Ward's Dog Training and signed up for the puppy program. We have been nothing but impressed every step of the way. The whole process from start to finish was absolutely flawless and executed very professionally. Our boys worked with Zoe and Jordan as their trainers, and we can't say enough great things about Zoe and Jordan. They are extremely good at what they do. They are very personable and also insightful about each of the dogs' personalities and how to work with them as individuals and as a pair. The boys got excited every time we pulled up to Ward's, because they knew they were going to learn and have a good time. We were extremely satisfied with all of our interactions with every member of the team at Wards, and we feel confident that we are set up for success with our boys. We look forward to continuing our learning journey together in group classes. Thank you so much!!
