I like ulta, but I'm giving them four stars because they no longer carry a brand of Cosmetics that I like that is quite popular might I add and they used to carry it, but for whatever reason they do not now.

Ulta Beauty started carrying MAC products a few years ago, and I was thrilled. Unfortunately, the location closest to my house doesn’t carry the shade I need, so I usually drive to Midlothian, Texas, about 15 minutes away, to make my purchase.

However, there’s rarely anyone available to assist me, and I often find myself waiting for help—only to discover the item is out of stock. This happened again a few days ago. I waited 10 minutes for someone to assist me, then another 20 minutes while the salesperson searched for the product, only for her to return empty-handed.
