I knew I needed to have my roof replaced but, I'd heard so many horrible accounts about the insurance company or roofing company or both, I drug my feet to avoid the inevitable. Eventually, I had to face the inevitable when I came home to find a row of shingles standing perpendicular to the roof a couple of weeks ago. I freaked out! Luckily, I had been researching roofing companies and read Massey's reviews and went on their website and social platforms to see examples of their work. I was skeptical especially about Robert who was mentioned in a number of the reviews. I called a company that was recommended to me first and spoke to a call center operator. Then I called Massey's. The person answering my call was none other than the infamous Robert. I was expecting a high-pressure sales guy. Instead, I spoke to a soft-spoke gentleman who was reassuring and knowledgeable. He took immediate action and anything he committed to do he did. That's rare. He explained the process and what I could expect from my insurance carrier explaining all possible scenarios. His documentation of the damage to my roof was thorough and likely resulted in them covering damage that I didn't realize I had. I've had other trades perform work around my house and you would likely see the project manager at the beginning and/or end unless there was a problem. Robert was physically present and oversaw most of the replacement of my roof. Robert and the crew were meticulous in minimizing disruption to me and my neighbors tidying up throughout the process. I can't thank them enough for their attention and dedication to my project. I would and have recommended Massey's for roofing and other projects. At the end of the day as consumers we want to be satisfied with the company's work and contract with companies that stand behind their work. You get that with Massey's.
