Where it all began. A native to Midlothian, TX, Dustin worked as a lead diesel mechanic and supervisor for 23 years at companies such as Caterpillar, Komatsu and TXI. After being fired from a company because of changes, he decided to take an entire new career path to align with his passions and purpose. Dustin is passionate about giving men confidence and tools to be successful leaders in all that they do, and believes it starts with faith, family, and freedom.
