Update: Finally connected with the owner in person. Very pleasant experience and will continue to do business with Flower by Roberta.
I haven't done business with them yet because I can never get anyone to pick up the phone; it always goes to voicemail. I have called multiple times both in the morning and afternoon and not once has anyone answered the call. I get that they are busy, but to never have someone answer your call is a somewhat frustrating.
