Michael came recommended by my backyard neighbor. Our insurance company rejected our claim that was submitted by another roofer. The insurance company was way off base and it did not help that the roofer we originally chose lacked professionalism when it came to dealing with the insurance company and adjuster. Our neighbor recommended Circle A and Michael and his team & public adjuster used their knowledge and professionalism to get the valid claim processed. The insurance company originally said it was under $3k damage, then said it’s half a roof which makes no sense when you could physically see damage on the entire roof. I am very pleased with the top notch service at Circle A. We have had several roofs replaced through the years with various companies, but Circle A exceeded them all. The communication was everything you would want from start to finish. I am so impressed at how well they cleaned up and left my yard in perfect condition. This is a company with integrity that I would recommend to anyone.
