Customers report a very knowledgeable and friendly staff that provides great customer service, with a cool and very nice owner. The store is extremely busy but works to get the right part, right now. If they do not have a part, they know where to send you. It offers a lot of parts with good inventory, backed by the largest parts distribution network. Some note the location is convenient, though the store could use some dusting. While generally a nice place, there are occasional comments about a staff member giving attitude.
We guys have places we like and need to visit. Mine was a need. Others similarly. Location and inventory is why I chose this store. Needs some dusting. But hey, it's a guy and car thing.
Its hard to trust shops these days. Brain and His crew have delt with Me professionally and fairly. Ii dont trust a many of mechanics/technicians but Im impressed and satisfied with their work and efforts. I recommend them to anyone.
