The staff, including Kim and Chad, have received praise for their excellent work on nails and pedicures, making customers feel relaxed and refreshed. While some cleanliness concerns have been mentioned, the business's attention to detail and customer service is generally well-regarded. Customers appreciate the relief brought by skilled services, such as the ability to address in-grown toe nails. However, some customers feel it would be more considerate for employees to avoid speaking a different language in front of clients.
We showed up for a pedicure as they were leaving due to being uncharacteristically slow. We were perfectly willing to come back the next day as we were actually discussing doing just that prior to arriving. They insisted we come in and attended to us with the utmost care and the same quality of treatment we always receive, if not more so. More people need to visit the people at Top Nail. They provide wonderful service in a place that is roomy and does not feel like you're going to get a contact high from the chemicals. They are genuinely nice people who provide quality service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
They are the best everywhere else I have gone in midland my nails chip and I just overall don’t like the outcome. But the people at top nail are amazing. They are nice and always listen to what you say about your nails.
I only have one MAJOR thing....no one listens when I ask for a classic French Manicure. Tried to explain what I wanted but the nail techs do it their way instead. Will no longer go here for French Manicure. I spent $$$ on my nails and my niece's only 1 week ago and already chipped polish! Paid for pedicure for both of us too. You'd think for all that $$$ they could take a few minutes and do what i asked. Not the first time, tried 4 times. And make sure the polish isn't old I've had that as well. Big ole' thick nails. Love the people just wish they would listen. I don't want a curved French manicure, squared off. That's all I ask after spending over $200.00
