Some customers have had fantastic experiences with courteous and thorough technicians who go above and beyond. Brendan, a knowledgeable and creative technician, was prompt and easy to deal with, inspiring confidence in customers. Danny, another professional, performed mosquito treatment thoroughly and explained his work. He is consistently excellent and professional. Overall, Terminix aims to provide a guarantee for pest control, but results may vary depending on the location and representative.
Christopher, my technician at Terminix, is truly exceptional. He takes pride in his work, explains every step of the process, and makes sure no detail is overlooked. He always cleans up after himself and takes the extra time to ask if there’s anything else I need addressed before he leaves. His professionalism, combined with his down-to-earth attitude and genuine kindness, makes every visit a great experience. I had a great experience with Brendan. He was very professional and well-spoken, taking the time to clearly explain everything—from what was going on to what steps needed to be taken moving forward to keep things pest-free. You can tell he really takes pride in his work and cares about doing the job right. All around great guy and excellent service! Highly recommend.
