I recently visited Tall City Veterinary Hospital for the first time, and I’m thoroughly impressed. The facility is exceptionally clean and did not have that “rotten pet smell”. The staff is not only punctual but also highly professional. Our pet received excellent care, and I appreciate the caring atmosphere. I was searching for a new vet clinic b/c my old one had some recent changes in staff and the service we got over the last 3 times we went there was horrible. So that’s the back story. We consider our fur babies our children so it was important to not just walk into any clinic. I researched & found Tall City Vet Hospital. I was super cautious & anxious about how we would be treated being a new patient AND one of them are pregnant!!! Absolutely love everyone here been treated like family. Melony takes time to call to see how my fur baby is doing means so much to me. Hoppy has been so caring and understanding as my 17 year old girl has issues and soon I will have to make a very hard decision.I would recommend this place to everyone I know.
