I liked how quickly I could be seen for an eye exam all that it was odd not having an in-person optometrist. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and they came in almost a week apart. When I picked up the first pair, it was hard to get help. Customer service was pretty iffy. The tech didn’t clean my glasses even after I said there was a huge fingerprint over the vision field. She didn’t offer to adjust; I was bust making sure I could see out of the bifocals. I went back and asked them to adjust my glasses and they did well but customer service was still not good. I had really good customer service with my second pick-up. The tech wanted to make sure my order was correct, offered adjustments and did so quickly without causing me to feel rushed, despite the customers coming in. The product is great. The customer service is meh.
