“Let me start by saying this would have been 5 stars had the girl I first interacted with was as nice as Melissa M. We are new to town and took some clothes in. The next day was so hectic for us I almost forgot the clothes and had 5 minutes to get there! Being new and not familiar I called to ask if they could wait 2-3 minutes later for me. Girl on the phone was noticeably irritated but I heard the girl after a minute in the back tell her to say it's fine. I rushed over pulling in at 3 minutes past 7 and the irritated girl opened the door for me and was clearly still upset I was late. So the bright side, Melissa called me to her register and was so pleasant and assured me it was no big deal! So nice and that's why it's a 4 Star (clothes were well done also) so we will be back.... hopefully on time next time!!“
