Dr. Poe and his staff are simply amazing!! My sister has been going to him for over 20 years and referred me to him and I am so glad she did! They were most accommodating and understanding when I showed up embarrassingly late to my appointment but they were so sweet and still saw me! I have a ridiculous fear of dentist but Dr. Poe was so sweet and thorough in my examination and gave me a plan as to what I need to have done. He made me feel comfortable and eased my irrational fear. Even though I live in Austin, he will be my dentist from here on out.
I've gone here since I was a kid, Dr. Poe and his staff have always been very pleasant and kind. Atmosphere is peaceful. They always let me choose what flavors I'd like for the cleaning, which I appreciate because I have sensory issues and prefer bubblegum over mint.
I went to Dr. Poe, because I was in pain.I had a root canal, and it was not a good one. I had a continuous pain / discomfort /pressure that ranged from dual to intense if I chewed.Dr. Poe’s office was extremely informative and kind. They helped me get to someone that was able to fix my tooth (when the dentistry that originally performed it turned me away.)That lead to me switching to Dr. Poe as my dentist. All the staff are helpful and the dental hygienists do a quick and good job.In my most recent checkup I mentioned that one tooth just wasn’t feeling right.
