My son has been to this facility for a few years now. He's never met the doctor that prescribes meds - only via video. The last couple of times he's told me about include him telling the video doc that he didn't want to take a certain med anymore. He said she was looking down like she was concentrating on something else while he was talking to her. The nurse in the room with him finally had to tell the video doc that he didn't want to take that med any longer, for her to listen. Last time, video doc was eating corn on the cob during the video appt. Never been so disappointed in the way the device was given with a I.q of a pendeja and studering is not the polite way to handle you customers with all do respect it’s not right at all
