I’ve been going to Mr. Dr. Gray for a few years now and have greatly appreciated his calm demeanor, and I respect his guidance while he respects my wishes as well. (Not wanting certain medications, etc.) today I had an appointment and the assistant that helped me was wonderful! She talked me through every step (rather than those who just herd you along, feeling vulnerable in a dr. office without your glasses) and she explained the tests she’s was doing, and what the tests were used for. I felt completely at ease, and like I actually knew why they were doing the tests that they were doing. Her name is Cicely. Thank you!
