2 hours on the phone to make an appointment( got disconnected twice), I went and talked to the receptionist ( no one was on the phone when I got there) she said that’s the way it is system is slow no apologies or anything tried to talk to the manager she wasn’t there and they don’t give you a phone # for the manager you get a sticky note ( picture attached) with the option of the receptionist that you can’t never reach. This is not the first time this happens to me, I will be finding a different Dr.
