I wanted to make an appointment to take my new device in that I purchased at BB but they wanted to assist over the phone. The tech that helped me could not have been any nicer or more patient. He could not get the issue resolved tho, so I am back to square 1.

They fixed my computer but not my printer remotely. I waited till 12pm. Was supposed to have in home repair between 7am-1:00pm . One said I had appt sent to link to check my status. It says I need to schedule an appointment. I call and they say you have an appointment let me check the status. The operator was great polite and understanding. After a long pause come back to tell me the tech didn't state why but I need to reschedule. Got sent an email for yet another week before they will come along with instructions before my appointment on my printer. I did this before I called them to fix it remotely told them the error code.
