Customer Service wise, they are super friendly..but...feel like the run around on getting a tablet fixed..keep hearing different things, if it was gonna be a difficult fix, you could have told me so, so now ill take the broken tablet and send it off.Update....so...its fixed...and looks like new..and the guy explained..the miscommunication from the front desk...and all is well...so yes, they will still have my business....so these guys I would recommend.
BAD BUSINESS! Friendly enough but bad product and communication. Took my IPhone 12 in on Saturday for a battery. I was told they had 2 kinds of batteries one $80 that would work and a $120 that was the best. When I got there “ 5 minutes after I spoke to them on the phone” they said they only had the $120 battery. Ok cool I need my phone to work and stay charged until September and I will get the new 15 after it comes out. I picked phone up my phone an hour later and thought all was good until I noticed a notification in settings about the battery not being an apple product so it may not be compatible. Did amazing job on my front screen can’t wait to take it back for my back to get done! Great prices! Employees were great and explained everything to me! Great business will be back!
