When we found out I was pregnant with our first, we weren’t really sure what a doula was. I did a little research and we scheduled a consult to meet with Robmikia. We both knew after that consult that we wanted Robmikia to be with us during the birth of our son. Not only was she an amazing doula, physically, emotionally, and through teaching us during our childbirth education classes; she also became a lifelong friend in the process. Rob made our birth experience so much smoother than I expected. Her emotional support before and during birth as well as providing massages through labor made it feel easier than I thought it would be. She would also tell me what was about to happen as you’re in a different state on mind while going through labor giving me reassurance that things were moving along. My husband and I will be forever grateful for her support and helping us have a great birth experience. We recommend her services and will use her again if needed in the future.
