The staff at Baze took such amazing care of us today as we had to put down our sweet companion Macaroon. It was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with losing a pet. They were kind, compassionate, very gentle. They thoroughly explained the process and gave us plenty of time to go through the process. Even the aftercare was thoughtful. I can’t thank them enough for the top notch care they provide. Thank you all.

I love bringing my dog here. The staff is great; they're calm, patient, kind, respectful and they just make it an overall pleasant and joyful experience to bring my dog in for his checkups.

My boyfriend took our fur baby Horhay for a visit after he started itching and scratching. We called on a Thursday and the earliest appointment was for the coming Tuesday. So they are extremely busy.
BUT amazing Horhay seemed comfortable and willing to go with the lady. When usually he barks at everything haha.
So he could sense the love.
My bf went inside to use the restroom and said it was very clean .
Now the only reason Im not giving them a 5 ⭐ is because this is a CURBSIDE/DROP-OFF VISIT
