**Colin has since reached out and is genuinely apologetic for this happening.** my pepaw was cremated by blair-stubbs, and they were supposed to be at the funeral with the obituaries, and a guest book. funeral begins at 2, nobody is there so I call and ask what's going on. I don't know who I spoke with but was told "I didn't even know I was supposed to be there, I don't even know where the funeral is" followed by a very insincere "I'm sorry" a- this is your profession. this is what you DO for an actual living. you know when and where you're supposed to be, and with what. b- the address and time for the funeral were both in the obituary that was written BY YOU. you knew where it was. c- the secretary, Betty I believe? told my mamaw she'd have everything printed and ready for Saturday (the funeral) someone somewhere dropped the ball BIG TIME and while the funeral still went on, we were extremely disappointed in y'all. my mamaw has already paid for her services to be done by yall, let's hope you do a better job. it isn't like we get a do-over. and when you make a mistake, just own it. don't blame it on the grieving widow, for crying out loud. that is disgusting behavior.

John, Collin, and Betty always make these hard times a little easier with their knowledge and assistance. They come along side you in your time of grief and help like they are burying their own. They have done the service for every one of our family members. I would not even think about using anyone else.

very caring people. They can help you get through the funeral service process with no problems. Go by and visit, even if you don't need them at this time, they will welcome you.
