    I really don't know why are ppl don't care about others so my pharmacy has an issue right now so my doctor told me pick up a different Pharmacy until this issue get resolved so they lies said the doctor not call then but they did call and then I call my doctor and my doctor call then again and they told me the Walmart pharmacy don't want to filled it my medication and don't know why they said they cannot fill this kind of medication my insurance said they have the medication and they don't understand why pharmacy not want to filled out my medication is hart because I'm having hard time not having my medication please make sure Walmart fixed this issue with custom service .

    my husband went to walmart pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions and something for a toothache. the price of my prescriptions were high so my husband wanted to know what the prescriptions were so he would know what he was buying. (i was not present, i am disabled and only get out of the house very seldom). the woman stated that she could not give my husband the names of the prescriptions because of HIPPA. (note we have been shopping here for over 20 years and he is authorized and it is on file). she then rolls her eyes at him and had an attitude. then she walked away to help the next customer in the next check out. she was very nice to him. my husband was still standing there like what just happened because she just walked away. when she noticed him looking at her she relied " i saw you looking at the other girl , i figured you wanted her". the other girl came over and took care of him. he then talked to the assistant manager of the store , she gave him the number for the store manager and to call the store manager in the morning. (side note it became apparent the rude tech was racially profiling the customers , being very rude to white customers but very nice to the opposite). realizing this as the case, my husband decided to call walmart customer service when he got home. he called explained the issue , and they said because of the nature of the issue they had to transfer him to another department. as soon as the person answered they hung up on him. my husband called back in and the exact same thing happened again . after being hung up on a second time , he proceeded to call in a third time. they transferred him to another person who took the complaint but stated it would take 4-7 days to get a response, this was all very robotic, scripted, and unfeeling. unsatisfied, he asked for a supervisor of that department. he was transferred to a (i'm going to put quotation marks because i do not believe he was an actual supervisor) "supervisor" who exclaimed his name was "number5". my husband asked what his name was and was told that it was their policy not to give a name and that there was nothing he could do to make the time go by faster. it seems like no one cares that customers are being treated badly by an obvious racist employee. now to be fair the rest of the pharmacy staff at this location is excellent and friendly and NOT RACIST. i wish i could put a glowing review on here, or better not have a reason to still be up at this hour typing this up for my husband who only tried to pick up my prescriptions for me. but this is unacceptable.

    Horrible experience. New perscription sent by doctor. I called to see if ready and they said description of dose not sent by dr. I called dr and they said they sent it within 1 hr of sending return email. Went by to get and not ready. Kate B. the pharmacyist said dr never responded. Back and forth for three times. My doctor is very reliable and they did send it.I went to pharmacy and she said dr never sent. This was another lie. I raised my voice and demanded she do her job and this was ridiculous to play phone "tag" with her and the dr. She finally did her job but called security to say I threatened her , another lie. She said , I am a doctor. Well not a good one! I am 70% deaf and 69 year old lady. Really! Finally received perscriptions with help from asst. manager. I went to another pharmacy to make sure medicine was right. Will never go back.
