However, the scheduling service has room for improvement, with reports of cancellations and long wait times as walk-ins. I would highly recomend Texas Pain Physicians in Mesquite. My first injection was done today and everyone that took care of me were very kind. Dr. Irfan has treated me with nothing but kindness.and concern for getting my Chronic pain under control. The ladies in the front office are so helpful and greeted me with a smile. Thank you so much Dr. Irfan and staff!
Scheduling is problematic. You cancel in advance and they claim you didn't then try to charge you penalty. They cancel because their nurse practitioners quit a lot but the office doesn't tell you. Then you have to wait and wait as an unscheduled walk in. One teleappointment during covid the doctor blew me off completely then said the office was NOT charging me as a courtesy! Scheduling service needs a lot of help. Other than that they are cooperative with the meds you need. The support staff is pretty nice.
I recommend anyone go to the Texas pain position in mesquite and my doctor name is Dr. Dalyahi. I highly recommend her because she does her injections and it eases my pain. today I was met with another anesthesiologist her name is Kathy and she was able to stick me one time to get ivy. usually it takes four to five sticks with someone else. so I highly recommend Dr Daylahi and anesthesiologist Kathy
