Just called to try to reschedule an appointment for next year. Got a recording that they have permanently closed. Never received a call, email or letter. Don’t even know where medical records are.

Long wait times up to 3 hours for appointment waiting room is dirty cobwebs hanging from ceilings dust everywhere the doctor is good but it should not take 3 hours for a eye appointment and hire a cleaning crew

July 13,2017 came in 10 min prior to appointment. And was seen right away when appointment time came. Initially was assisted by Gigi. Very polite,patient and has good bedside manners. This place is very clean. They are always wiping down equipment in front of patient which for me is a big plus. Dr is superb. I came in with a interesting case and Dr. showed to me his concern genuinely. We were advised what to do and given a treatment plan on Drs descion on continued care. Thankyou.
