There was a disconnect in communication initially. After I said I would pay for the time they spent speaking with me regarding my pet but was leaving and began to put on my coat, they quickly changed their position.
They struggled using the thermometer to take the temperature of my dog and then when adding a catheter it took a very long time and I could hear my pet crying.
One of their staff members lacked compassion.
Good staff. I like Doctor Mark, he gave good advice for our furry baby for FLUTD, what to do, what to watch out for, how to feel for the bladder, etc. Will definitely come back here again when needed and have recommended it to my brother who might be visiting soon.
The folks here are always friendy and accommendating!
My doggie wags her tail when we come here,that's always an indication that it's pleasant for our pet as well!
