I called several plumbers in the area and had many estimates.. Ours was a small job, the service call was affordable and the person that answers the phones, Wendy.. .she's very sweet and allowed me to rattle on about what I needed.. I didn't feel rushed at all and when I didn't know what something plumbing related was called, she didn't make me feel stupid.. unlike some of the other companies did when I called them.I went with Reliable because they sent out Wes for the estimate. When I called, Wes was able to come out that same day! Let me tell you... Wes is awesome!
