They are unprofessional, rude, and rough. As soon as they got ready to start the massages they kept asking if we wanted all of these extra things we did not ask for, all we wanted was a 30 minute massage for the both of us. Once I started getting my massage the person I had was very rough I asked him to be gentle he said ok and proceeded to be rough (The tip was nonexistent at this point because that was one of the worst massages I ever had). My boyfriend had an issue with paying with the card machine and it kept declining the guy was standing there tapping his fingers on the glass as if he was vexed. The massage was good but I wanted 30 minutes for $38 and the guy asked if the medic rub will be ok and I said yes not knowing it was $10 more. So I ended up spending $48 because he never informed me of the upcharge for that medicine rub he used on me

Very rough and left me sore, with back pain. Even after asking for less pressure it doesn't matter. It's almost seems intentional to cause such pain. I would not recommend them.
