Ac stopped cooling in 100 degree weather on a Saturday. Nova air was one of many we called for repairs and they responded promptly. They are the business owners responding to calls unlike others who have answering services that do not have access to scheduling. They had the part on hand for the repairs and completed the work reasonably well. We took one star because we had to call them 2x before we got a clear timeline of their arrival time. So communicating with us was lacking. But honest legit family business. Would use them again.
Nova Air has done work for me on several properties. There's been several small jobs and minor fixes, and they've also done a full system replacement. Communication has always been smooth, prices fair, and they do quality work. Would definitely recommend.
Nova Air was recommended to be by a co worker and I am so glad they did. Nova Air cares about the quality of work they do not just when installing but even after. They were fast, professional, they were within budget and lower than other quotes we got. I have recommended them to friends and family already and will continue to do so.
