First impressions make an experience. Not impressed. My mother was down for a 9am appointment. We show up about 10 minutes early. Office isn’t open, it doesn’t open until 9am. Staff showed up at the same time as us. She allows us to come in to wait. Informs us the doctor is running late. Our appt is at 9am. My mother this is nothing new. She is always late. The patient’s time must not matter to this doctor. Not impressed. Need to convince my mother her time is just as important as the doctor’s time. Giving this a 2 because atleast the office was opened on time. DO BETTER….EVERYONE’s time matters.

If I had the freedom to rate this clinic I would give them A MINUS HUNDRED!! I wanted to schedule an appointment to get a medical checkup that is required by the immigration and I just had few questions and the lady on the phone was literally yelling at me and was so rude for no reason!! Very unprofessional and impatient staff!! I would never go there because they made a bad impression from the phone call! Kelsom clinic plz do better! Hire friendly and professional staff next time!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 You don’t even deserve one star! I would give you minus 100 !! Even the minus has a better value than your clinic! 😀
