First of all it's my fault. I am particularly on who does my nails. But I had to get my nails removed and a pedi. The guy who removed my nails was so aggressive. I asked him why he didn't soak them. And nada still removing them. The lady that did my pedicure was nice but now one of my big toes hurt. I have a big event on Saturday and now I'm limping because my toe hurts.

This place needs to understand that a customer is the reason your business open. If you don't want to do the service just graciously decline. But don't talk among each other in your language assuming a person only speak English that is so disrespectful. 你明白？I only requested a refilled Thursday but, customer service counts as a big quality of service to me. Do Better.

My wife uses this nail parlor, and believe me you, she looks spectacular each & every trip there. My money well spent. My mother in law goes with her each trip. super spectacular, I got my Saturday back.
