Driving thru town. Needed a spare tire for our horse trailer. Bam these guys were on it. Didn't even let my husband carry the tire. almost at closing time. Fast , friendly cost was right. Well done guys, would recommend.
These guys are a class act and went WAY out of their way to get me out of a jam and back on the road. I drive 100k+ miles a year all over the states, so I've been in a lot of small town mechanic shops. It's been a long time since I've run into people who were so good at what they do and also so willing to help. If you're gonna break down, Menard isn't a bad place to do it thanks to them.
I just wanted to write a review to tell about the exceptional service I received today. I was traveling from Junction to Abilene for work. My low pressure light came on, in my rental. I stopped and explained this issue, the guy at the counter came out to check the pressure and fill up all my tires. I know it's a simple thing, just very thankful they were helpful and took care of it. Nothing like being stranded without cell service and luckily that was not the case. Just great service!
