I see alot of the review were during the rush of COVID where they had 40 to 50 visits per day and understand its tough during that time. We are working with Amy now and she has been wonderful and easy to work with. Quick to respond and she messages us on her off days if we forget she's suppose to be off and text her. The community looks great and really like how close it is to the major park, high school, new middle school coming and apparently new restaurants in the plans.

The reviews are pretty spot on for this one. I don't like to write unsatisfactory reviews, but this one needs to be out there. The communication from the whole process is a huge disappointment. I have written so many emails and nothing is ever responded to. They build a house pretty quickly and the quality seems to be there. However, communication lacks in every department. My clients were not told about certain milestones and when they came on hardship and had to cancel their home that they build to suit them, there was no empathy or "how can we try to make this work". It was just, I will send you the termination paperwork and all earnest and options money is nonrefundable....read full review

Amy was such a nice person to work with, she was very helpful through out the process and was very patient with us.
