Brandon did a phenomenal job! I asked for what should have been an unrealistic turnaround time on an inspection, and he still did it in that timeframe while providing a quality report. He found repairs needed that I can share with the seller, and set me up for success in my home buying process!

I recently had a new home inspected by Brandon at DFW ProSpecs LLC and I was thrilled with the services provided. Brandon was able to get the inspection done soon after I requested the inspection and Brandon produced a very thorough and detailed report on my new home and all items the builder needed to address before closing. I did not receive any services from Brandon, but called him for a quote to complete a job that a different company did not complete. I explained to him my situation, and he spent time giving me his professional advice on how to handle the other company. I did exactly as he advised and the company agreed to come back and re-do their work. The way Brandon handled a situation knowing he would not get paid speaks volumes to who he is as a person and as a professional- wanting the customer to be treated fairly and helping where he can, even if it doesn’t benefit him. Any of my future services I need, I will be reaching out to Brandon!
