“Although I am still trying to get into see Mr. Hopkins (no fault of his) he called me within 1/2 hour of getting my email and we discussed my tax problem. He was most kind and said if I could get my helper to put the necessary paperwork together he would have one of his employees pick it up....I do not live around the corner-so that was a great kindness. Unfortunately I have had to go under another medical procedure and I do not "yell" at those who help me with paperwork. Eventually, I hope to go into his office and get my taxes done for the past 2-3 years. JoAnna J“
