I had a very good experience with Storm Towing in the past. The driver was punctual and professional, and exceeded my expectations both at the pick-up location, and the destination. They were up front with the pricing and reasonable. That was 5 years ago. However, when I was recently in need of services, I could not get a hold of anyone. They never answered the phone. I hope everything is OK. I ended up hiring another great towing company.

It's a Friday, it's five in the afternoon, it's the start of Labor Day weekend and after a week away from home, my car's alternator decides to die on the drive from Austin Bergstrom Intl. Airport to home. I use my AAA benefit to get my car towed from Buda Texas to Garden Ridge and had the absolute blessing of being assigned to Storm Towing, specifically to Wrecker Operator Cisco. Cisco kept me apprised of his ETA, treated my car with respect, and even scheduled his refuel around my need to use the restroom. Cisco was cordial and respectf during the entire experience. I would highly recommend Storm Towing, and ask for Cisco if able.

Cisco went above and beyond in my situation. He called and explained that he had two customers ahead of me and wouldn't be able to get there until later. He kept updating me to let me know his status and eta. I found out later that he should of gotten off two hours earlier but he wanted to keep his word to me. He was very thorough and took care of my car. Thank you Cisco.
