I took my modem to get fixed a couple years ago, Ezra told me it would be ready in about 3 days. I offer to pay a little extra to have it ready the next day, he owned up to his word and had it fixed and ready the next day.

I took my MacBook to get repaired because one day it just turned off and it never powered back on. I called Apple and they said it can take a month to fix . I called Texetron and they has it back up and running in a week. Thank you.
