The staff is very cordial and friendly. They helped me pick matching tile for bathroom floor, shower wall and floor. Also I had to return a bag of grout and the return was hassle free.
I was excited for our bathroom renovations but it was a daunting task. As soon as we walked in to the McAllen store we were immediately greeted. Once we decided on the tile for the shower walls the sales person helped us coordinate the rest of the materials. The total price for all the materials definitely fit in our budget. I can't wait to buy flooring for the rest of the house!
Purchased all the tile for my showers they have alott of styles in display…my only issue was I asked them about returns since the person making my showers was only working the weekends ..Seller said that was no problem on returning tile if I had extra just for it not to be damaged.. Went to return a box of tile & told the same seller about the return & told me it had passed the 30 days & couldn’t return it.. Talked to the manager told me the same thing couldn’t return the tile after 15 minutes agreed on at least getting store credit ..
