David was attentive to the call, came as soon as he completed a task with a client. I had a flat tire, and David went above and beyond to clean out my tire before patching it up. He even let me know the status of my tires, definitely recommend David!

We, my sister and brother in law, went to the McAllen Tx Friday to visit our Aunt. And on Saturday we were coming out of the Hotel to come to Austin when we noticed we had a flat tire in the van. There was a tire shop next to the Hotel and my brother in law drove it slowly there. They could not help us. So we called Magic Valley Roadside assistance, owner David Rodriguez, and he came and fixed our tire patched it and put it back on. He was very friendly and especially very helpful. He tested it, making sure their was no leak. We made home ,to Austin, safe and sound. We really appreciate his help.

Woke up to a flat tire. Noticed valve stem was broken. Fast response and great customer service. Very knowledgeable and quick to fix your issue. I will definitely be calling when I have need any roadside assistance. Thank you for everything ??
