Heart Clinic McAllen provides excellent service with an awesome and helpful staff. They make patients feel comfortable and at ease during exams, explaining everything in advance. Although there may be wait times, the staff's top-notch care and attention to patients' needs make it worthwhile. With a focus on urgent care, the clinic has even saved lives, earning the appreciation and loyalty of its patients.
I came for a stress test. The staff here is awesome. They are very helpful and explain everything in advance. They made me comfortable during the test. They helped me move over to the table for the sonogram. They do keep it very cold there
I've been a patient here since 2009 and to me the service has always been great. I've waited at times but nothing that does not happen at other hospitals. The way things are at the moment it seems anywhere you go you have to wait. I know we are at times in a hurry, but some patients are a little more fragile and in need of more urgent care than I do. So if saving a life means I have to wait ,so be it. I was that person back in 2009 and they saved my life. To me they are top notch. Thank you to all the staff. God bless.
