I’ve been coming to this location for about five years, and over the years it has gone from tolerable to complete chaos. It is disorganized, inefficient & one receives mixed messages from the medical staff.

The bedside manners may be great but it’s not worth the amount of time you are expected to waste not to mention the scavenger hunt one has to go through to find out who is the next person to do your basic annual wellness. Whoever is in charge of management and running a clinic efficiently needs some serious help. After spending 3 hours + for a basic annual wellness check, I am in search of a new family practice.

It's always hit or miss. Sometimes it feels like they are guessing and not even looking at what they've done before. I've currently been waiting over 2 hours for a scheduled appointment. Very disappointed

My husband had never seen a Dr in his life and the day he decided to see a Dr. And sets an appt for 5/4/23@ 10:15a.m. we get there early 9: 30am to fill out paper work and we are almost done and the front lady comes to us and says," you are not in the system sir,but you can wait 2hrs or so ,you'll be put as a walk in." Really!!!!I too had made an appt and I was going to be seen but not him? What! I kindly asked if he could be put in the schedule instead of me. I was not in pain, he was ! And they plainly said nope! I could not believe it! Lack of compassion my husband was pacing the lobby with pain . Insensitive and did not even care that I would not be coming back...read full review
