SCAM! The lady who assisted me stated I had to pay over 180 out of pocket because my insurance did not cover the glasses. I asked for my prescription to get a second opinion and the lady stated the prescription is no good elsewhere and it's pointless to get it. However I was able to obtain it and came to Walmart and I did not pay anything out of pocket because my insurance covered it at 100%

Extremely unsatisfied with the gentleman staff member that's in the front. Does not give out updated or correct information. Gives the run around and repeats himself without giving appropriate answers to questions asked. I recently went in person with a prescription from else where but since it was close to closing time he was in a rush stated that after Covid they no longer take outside prescriptions. I felt pushed away and left. I recently called asking for an appointment for my children, myself and husband for a Saturday the latest we can be seen. I told him to check if my children were due. Have been coming here for about 6yrs+ and the older lady in the front with glasses is very rude and she seems to be getting worse and worse. That attitude she carries isn’t helping this establishment. She’s been driving customers away as you can tell in other reviews. It’s time to let her go. Customer service should be a top priority to any business.
