My eye exam was terrible. The lens they used were smudged so everything was blurry. Then when I bought frames, I ordered rimless. They said the lenses would be “a little thick,” but failed to tell me how incredibly thick they turned out to be or inform me that there are thinner lenses that would look better on the frames. Even though I was displeased, they originally refused to do anything about it. They finally agreed to let me upgrade my lenses for an additional $200 or swap for a lesser valued frame ($50 less or more). The owner then tried to make it sound like the whole thing was my fault and that he was doing me a favor by allowing me to pay either $200 or $50 to fix the problem he created.

It does not take a lot of time for the consultation, I was in here withing 30 minutes approx. Dr. is very thorough on his exams, asks important questions about one's vision, and gives you choices on contacts.
