Staff was very friendly and attentive. Martha explained every step of the process and also went over the pros and cons of the procedure. I never felt pressured to purchase any treatments during the consultation. However, I felt so well informed that I did the treatment the same day. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She regularly checked in on me to make sure I was doing okay. I felt pampered and well taken care of. If you are thinking about it, I highly recommend this place!

Wonderful experience! Martha and her partner Beatriz are great! The office is really clean. She explained the procedure clearly to me. They were also able to schedule me for my consultation AND procedure in the same appointment so I didn't have to drive all the way from the island twice. My friend recommended them to me, and I was not disappointed. I highly recommend Coolway Coolsculpting to others.
