Yesterday was the first time I went to Carlos. I looked at his reviews and photos and was impressed. I saw some negative reviews about his attitude but none of a bad haircut or color and that’s what sold me. As soon as I walked in Carlos was chatting with a client and made me feel welcomed. His energy and personality were refreshing. He had me laughing the entire time without even trying to! You can tell he is confident in his work and caring and a person not just a hair stylist. Absolutely loved how my hair turned out! He has such a gentle touch hair was NOT pulled or tugged at all. Very outgoing and social! I’ll add the before and after picture. He transformed me into a whole other person! 10/10
