Review is for Transkool. Prime inc driver here. Appt was 2pm , arrived at 1:20pm and went to guard shack for check in. They are very very strict on reefer chute being 100% intact. If there are any missing rivets you will have to get that fixed before they will load you. They will also give you a card for a mobile guy that can fix it if you can’t do it yourself but they will lend you a ladder and a hammer if you want to take care of it on your own. Anyways, after check in they instructed me to park on the street outside the facility and wait for a phone call. Didn’t get a phone call until 7pm. It's a very strict place for refeer drivers refeer must be in good condition center shut must be 100% intact and trailer must be clean otherwise you'll you may not get loaded, this place is very very tight, after checking they may make you park in the street to wait for call, they called me after 3hrs and got loaded in 5hrs restroom available if your broker is (CENTER VALLEY LOGISTICS) they'll lied to you telling you it's a FCFS and they won't pay you detention even after spending 8hrs in the shipper

Very Very Very slow. They don’t allow you to check in before your appointment. Once checked in, they kick you out of their property to go find a parking and wait for a call. When they call you for a door, pray that you get a door next to an empty spot because their space is so tight for a new driver. They let you sit on the door for hours. When they get you finally loaded, be prepared to wait for hours to get you checked out. I will never come back here. 10 hours wasted at this facility run by incompetent people.
