James did a fantastic job of scheduling and performing a very detailed home inspection which turned up issues that would have been extremely costly for us to discover post-purchase. His price is very affordable, yet his report is thorough, easy to understand, included pictures and videos, and was delivered fast! Highly recommended professional!
