Our unit had to be replaced and it was done in just a couple of hours. The technician was very personable and answered my questions without hesitation, which I really appreciate because it makes processes a lot less bothersome, unfortunately never occurred to me to ask for his name so I could recommend him in particular. To summarize, excellent job and five stars really well deserved.
